Joe's Crab Shack- "The Atlantic" Steampot

Hey Spud Heads!

Today we're reviewing Joe's Crab Shack! And no, not the crabs that came from your Tinder date. It was Super Bowl Sunday and unfortunately, I'm on a diet and only have 1 cheat meal a week(I'm not trying to sweat this summer). Instead of opting for the pizza, wings, and beer, I decided to head over to Joe's and grab some seafood. I called 30 minutes ahead for a reservation, thinking it would be packed.....it was not. I didn't even need to look at the menu long before knowing that I needed to order The Atlantic Steampot (lobster claw, crab legs, shrimp, sausage, corn, and potato).

The Review..................

Have you ever heard of a sauceless steampot? No? Neither have I. But Joe's budget steampot is just that! I was only given two little cups of butter and what tasted like a tamarind flavored Long Island Ice Tea. Other than that, there's not much I can complain about. The crab, shrimp, and lobster were really good considering they probably catch it in the Hudson River (lets be honest).

The Rating.......

I REALLY wanted to give this at least 4-potatoes, but I couldn't get past how dry it was.
